Otter Creek Yoga, in Middlebury’s Marble Works District, offers twenty classes a week for students of all levels. Owner Joanna Colwell was born in New York City; raised in San Francisco but has called the Green Mountain State her home since 2000. Colwell shared, “I was drawn to yoga as a non-competitive way to keep myself fit and healthy, to learn about the workings of my own mind and to deepen my spiritual understanding of the world.”
