Bristol Rescue Dedicates New Ambulance To Eleanor Scully By Cookie Steponaitis Bristol Rescue is staffed entirely by trained community volunteers, provides Emergency Medical Services to the five-town area and responds annually to approximately 700 calls. Whether it is a car accident, fire with injuries, a resident that has fallen, lost hiker or any other of the hosts of emergency needs of the region volunteers are there 24 hours a day. [ more ] Tri-Town Water District Customers To Vote On Bond By Mike Cameron A special vote has been set for May 23, 2017 and has been warned for residents of Addison, Bridport and Shoreham who are legal voters of the Tri-Town Water District No.1. The legal voters have also been notified that an informational hearing will be held at the Masonic Hall on 52 Crown Point Road in the Town of Bridport on May 22, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. to explain the proposed water system improvements, costs and the financing involved.
