[ more ]New Handicap Access Ramp To Middlebury Town Offices Now Open New Handicap Access Ramp to Town Offices Now Open……After over 3 months without this important access, the ribbon was cut on December 18th opening the new ramp on Main Street. The ribbon was cut by Ann Webster, Town Clerk, and Robert Miller, contractor who replaced the old and unsafe ramp. Looking on were town employees including Bill Finger, Town Manager, and the construction crew who worked hard in the cold weather to complete the much needed ramp.
